We are seeking an experienced B2C Logistics Team Lead for the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, and Denmark) to lead our Logistics Performance Team. In this local senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing logistics performance, and ensuring a high level of customer delivery satisfaction across the region. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, manage team performance, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement initiatives that enhance delivery reliability, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
