Strategic Account Manager

The Impact You'll Make: We're looking for a motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of strategic account plans that serve to retain and grow our partnership with some of the fuel and c-store industry's biggest brands. You will develop detailed knowledge of the product, coordinate with internal partners, strengthen client relationships through informative reporting and outstanding service, and ensure clients are always receiving excess value from the Upside platform. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate with multiple teams including analytics, product, marketing, and operations to represent the voice of the customer and to help achieve business growth.
