Why You’ll Love This Role We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) responsible for the quality and reliability of all Cribl products. This is a hands-on leadership role in ensuring that quality is built-in from the start of the software development lifecycle, implementing test strategy from design to release with agentic workflows.
