Logicstics is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Google Ads / AI Search Specialist to take ownership of our online lead generation strategy. We are an international moving and logistics company serving customers relocating throughout the world.
This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, analyze, and improve campaigns themselves, not simply coordinate with outside agencies.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for increasing qualified leads while continuously improving our cost per acquisition and overall marketing ROI. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing
- Conduct keyword research and continuously improve PPC campaign structure, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing pages
- Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, impression share, search terms, and other performance metrics
- Develop and execute our organic SEO strategy
- Perform technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO
- Identify content and keyword opportunities based o
