We're moving beyond software that digitises administrative work towards software that increasingly does the work itself: answering calls a busy shop can't get to, turning information from the job site into quotes, keeping invoicing moving, and helping business owners understand where their attention is needed. The challenge is to make these capabilities part of one coherent product experience — not simply add AI features to an existing product.
