About The Role We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems behind how Peec AI wins customers across Europe: automated enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound that runs without anyone touching it. This is an on-site role in our Berlin office. What You'll Do Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences, and launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, attribution, and the build-versus-buy calls as it evolves Build the documentation and playbooks that
