Marketplaces Lead - UK/EU

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. As WHOOP expands its global footprint, we are hiring a Marketplaces Lead to accelerate marketplace growth in the UK and EU. This individual will serve as a key regional marketing owner, responsible for executing digital campaigns, optimizing marketplace presence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver performance across e-commerce platforms. You will play a vital role in ensuring WHOOP is positioned as the leading performance technology brand in the UK and EU. This role is based in Ireland or the UK. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own regional marketing strategy and execution for key marketplaces across the UK and EU Localize global campaigns, manage media budgets, and collaborate with the Brand team to ensure creative relevance, cultural resonance, and compliance with marketplace standards Manage and optimize marketplace presence, including product detail pages (PDPs), brand stores, and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and conversion Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to drive continuous improvement in brand perception and engagement Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and display to achieve performance and efficiency goals Serve as the primary liaison for marketplace partners, distributors, and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution Analyze marketing performance and marketplace
