Product Owner - Customer Experience

How our customers shop is rapidly evolving. While our mobile app and website have long been the primary touchpoints, increasingly it also means an ongoing conversation with Maia, our proprietary AI shopping assistant already handling tens of thousands of conversations daily. We are looking for a Product Owner to take accountability for a distinct segment of the customer journey—spanning areas across search & discovery, personalization, basket, slot choice, checkout, order tracking, substitutions, Rohlik Xtra, or Maia—and make it measurably better week after week.
