AI Software Development Consultant (m/w/d)

As an international technology consultancy, we support our clients in developing innovative solutions – from the initial idea through to deployment. Your contribution: You develop AI-powered software that automates tasks previously performed manually and integrates into existing processes. By combining AI with sound software engineering, you create reliable solutions that can be adapted to other areas of application. What can you expect? Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure the applications work reliably in practice Develop on-premises AI solutions that run within our clients’ infrastructure and meet their requirements for data protection, security and compatibility with existing systems Develop and test robust backends , microservices and APIs (REST, GraphQL and others) Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews Improve workflows and introduce automated testing and CI/CD processes to maintain high software quality Work in ambitious, professional project teams and support complex development projects through every phase Share and expand your expertise through workshops and coaching within your department Your profile A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a related technical field Initial experience in software development, ideally with Java, Python, C++ or C
