Tasks We are looking for a IT Project Manager as freelancer to support the development and improvement of business applications and systems within a banking and financial services environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and external providers to analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure that systems meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business and system requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications. Create and maintain process flows, workflows, user journeys, and system diagrams. Analyze data flows, APIs, system integrations, and dependencies. Work with developers and vendors to implement and improve solutions. Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect identification and resolution. Analyze and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain functional and technical documentation.
