You will design, build, and run our global early careers strategy — spanning internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment — positioning Mistral as a premier destination for ambitious students and recent graduates in AI. This is a rare opportunity to build early careers programs from the ground up at one of the world's leading AI companies.
