We are looking for a US tax specialist (m, f, d) as Tax Advisor | PE Funds | US & EU Tax & Compliance Your Tasks: Support investment funds practices, advising on corporate tax, AEOI and also US tax compliance and reporting matters for private equity investments and other private market investment structures / Provide technically strong, commercially focused input across a broad range of US funds matters / Review of complex fund structures and ensuring compliance with US tax regulations for investment funds and their investors / Advising on US tax reporting requirements, including K-1 schedules and investor disclosures / Supporting fund structuring, launches and ongoing operational tax matters / Acting as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors / Identifying and managing US tax risks and compliance obligations / Contributing to process improvement and best practice within the function.
