THE ROLE Our platform gives the world’s most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action. YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO; a sharp, structured operator who turns ambiguous, company-level problems into clear decisions and shipped outcomes, and who creates the clarity and cadence a fast-scaling team needs to execute. Partner directly with the CEO to develop company strategy and translate it into clear priorities, and own the operating cadence that keeps the leadership team aligned and accountable.
