Your missions About the Role: F ocus on the assembly, integration, and sealing of aircraft fuel systems. You need to work directly on the aircraft production stage, transforming individual components into fully integrated, flight-ready fuel networks. Key Responsibilities: Install and route complex aircraft fuel lines, pressure valves, probes, sensors, pumps, tank sealing within the final assembly line environment. Apply specialized aerospace sealants to ensure absolute leak-proof integrity. Execute precision mechanical job inside confined wing and center-wing box and additional centre tank structures Adherence to aerospace manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards, documenting all production steps accurately. Your profile Successfully completed vocational training ( Ausbildung ) as an Aviation Mechanic ( Fluggerätmechaniker ), Equipment Mechanic ( Ausrüstungsmechaniker ), or a closely related mechanical, industrial, or mechatronics trade. Proven experience in mechanical assembly of fuel systems , part integration, and aerospace sealing process High degree of spatial awareness and the physical capability to work comfortably and safely within confined aircraft structures (tanks, wings).
