During your working student position , you’ll have the opportunity to help shape agile talent development up close - from supporting our mentoring system to employee satisfaction and exciting future topics such as the use of AI in talent development . We look forward to seeing the impact you’ll make through a variety of operational and conceptual tasks! We’re interested in a long-term collaboration and are flexible in structuring the working student position. The expected number of hours is 20 hours per week . These tasks interest you You’ll provide support across various areas of talent development, such as the design of new development formats or the further enhancement of our agile feedback structures . You’ll contribute to the continuous optimization of our internal mentoring system and play an active role in the co-creation of various mentoring formats and tools. You’ll take responsibility for the area of employee satisfaction as your own project - from preparation and regular execution to deriving concrete actions from our employee satisfaction survey, as well as ensuring its continuous
