About the Role As an Engineering Manager on the Customer Developer Experience (CDX) team, you'll lead engineers whose work spans two fronts: partnering directly with the external developers integrating our platform to provide hands-on technical guidance, and building the advanced open-source tooling that makes those integrations effortless. Constructor’s open source technology is utilized on millions of end user devices and are crucial to powering the most innovative product discovery experiences in the industry. You'll set the technical strategy for our open-source tooling and how it advances the experience of the external developers who build on our platform.
