Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead

Your Impact We are looking for a senior, hands-on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead to own the technical development, integration, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. The role covers Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Dynamics 365 Marketing, together with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, platform integrations, and related Azure services. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and determine when to use standard platform capabilities, configuration, low-code development, or custom code. The role combines hands-on platform development with technical leadership, solution governance, and long-term ownership. This is primarily a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform role . Strong professional software development experience with C#/.NET, React, and TypeScript is a valuable asset where requirements justify custom extensions, components, services, or integrations. You will work closely with business process owners across customer-facing teams, Technical Customer Support, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Corporate IT. Your Contribution: Own the platform : Set the technical direction for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including architecture, environments, standards, and lifecycle management. Deliver solutions : Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Extend where needed :
