As Lead Accountant, you are responsible for financial reporting, closing and controls of our Swiss entity in Visp and support our other Swiss entities. You provide functional support to accountants, develop standards and, together with the business, drive the further development of our internal control system, financial reporting and ERP processes. You will work at our Visp site at least three days per week, close to our operational teams. Your responsibilities will include, Closing & financial reporting Hold overall responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and year-end closings of our Visp entity under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and prepare the group consolidation, including our other Swiss entities. Support our project to transition to an international accounting standard and own reporting and reconciliations under IFRS or US GAAP. Actively contribute to the further development of our financial reporting. Manage the relationship with our statutory auditors and coordinate audits for the entire group.
