You will take ownership of the data and material groundwork that makes client work run smoothly: keeping our CRM accurate, building and qualifying target lists, and preparing client-facing materials. We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is part of how the role is done. This is not an internship. It takes a few months to learn how we work, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it, not for short-term cover. Your Responsibilities Prepare and update client-facing materials and presentations Support the sales team with analysis and document work Support prospecting by building, researching, and qualifying target lists Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment, and consistent record keeping
