About the Role As Jira Architect, you will own Jira end to end across Harmattan AI’s Product and R&D organizations. You will design a single master structure, standardize how teams plan and track their work, and turn Jira into the reliable source of truth for engineering coordination. You will also use AI to remove manual admin and reporting, so that coordination keeps pace as the company scales. Responsibilities Design a master Jira architecture across all projects: hierarchy, issue types, workflows, fields and permissions. Audit existing projects and interview Product and R&D leads to map how teams really work. Standardize workflows while preserving team autonomy, and migrate teams onto the common structure. Build standard templates that let a new team or project onboard in hours. Deliver portfolio views and dashboards that give leadership cross-team visibility.
