About the Role As an Implementation Specialist at 3E, you’ll turn a signed customer contract into a working, adopted solution. You’ll own hands-on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, foundational training, launch, and handoff—helping customers reach measurable first value from 3E’s products. This role combines technical implementation, customer engagement, and project coordination. You’ll translate the agreed scope of work into a practical delivery plan, configure customer environments using real customer data, coordinate with technical and cross-functional partners, and keep milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments visible throughout the engagement.
