Role Overview We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join the Finance team as a Junior/Graduate Accountant. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a global role: you will support transactions, postings, and reconciliations across Kandou's multiple legal entities and countries (including Switzerland, the US, UK, Germany, India, and Taiwan), not just the Swiss entity — so exposure to multi-currency and multi-entity accounting is part of the job. You will be a key member of a small Finance team, gradually building toward full ownership of core bookkeeping tasks as you grow in the role. Key Responsibilities Support processing of vendor payments and transactions across multiple Kandou entities/countries (e.g., invoice entry, payment runs, matching to purchase orders) Assist with posting journal entries and routine general ledger transactions Help prepare monthly bank, vendor, and account reconciliations, flagging and following up on discrepancies Support the AP/AR cycle, including invoice coding, approvals t
