Manager, Special Operations

Location: Hybrid (2 days HQ, 1 day Site, 2 days WFH) • HQ: 110 Spadina Ave, Toronto • Site: 3520 Laird Road, Mississauga Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary based on business needs) S'more about the team We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Manager (Ops Tech), Special Operations, to join Factor (factormeals.ca), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service under HelloFresh. This role owns the operations technology roadmap for Factor Canada, bridging the gap between operations, data engineering, and global platform teams. You will lead the design, integration, and deployment of systems that power our production, warehousing, procurement, and quality functions across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you will operate as the connective tissue between floor-level operations and the technical teams that build and maintain our systems. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Platform Migrations & Go-Live Management Lead end-to-end platform migrations (e.g. legacy systems to modern platforms), including dual-maintenance strategies, deprecation timelines, cutover risk assessments, and go-live communications. Manage phased rollouts across functional areas of production, coordinating with global development teams for requirements reviews and sprint prioritization.
