Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the Role This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of how NetBox Labs drives pipeline. As our Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution behind how we create and accelerate demand — from integrated campaign development and account-based marketing to email nurture, social, and our website. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our programs generate real pipeline, not just activity. This is the right role for someone who thinks in full funnels, can manage multiple programs at once without losing quality, and brings both strategic instincts and execution chops. What you will do: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to pipeline — and own the performance reporting that follows. Build and scale an account-based marketing (ABM) program targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales, including tiered account plays and cross-functional alignment.
