Your mission Take end-to-end responsibility for our portfolio of large-scale, publicly funded European AI research projects, from kick-off to final reporting Steer all work packages across multiple projects: plan scope, milestones and deliverables, track progress and resolve dependencies between partners Manage multi-partner consortia of industrial companies, research institutions and associations across several EU member states Act as the primary contact for funding bodies and project management agencies, owning interim and final reports, change requests and proof of use Own project financials in close alignment with Finance, including budget planning, cost tracking, personnel planning and eligibility of costs Ensure compliance with national and European funding and state aid requirements, including documentation, dissemination and open-source obligations Work closely with our Machine Learning team to translate project objectives into technical work plans and make sure deliverables land on time and in quality Coordinate dissemination activities such as publications, open-source releases and events across the dataspace ecosystem (e.g. Catena-X) Identify project risks early, esca
