Senior Computational Geometry Engineer
Perks & Benefits
SAEKI - Manufacturing at software speed Europe's defense industrial base cannot respond at the speed modern conflict requires. Legacy suppliers operate on month-long timelines. Tribal knowledge is retiring. Supply chains are fragile. SAEKI is building the operating system for autonomous factories - the infrastructure that lets Europe manufacture mission-critical components at software speed. The Role As a Computational Geometry Engineer, you own the geometry core of our Manufacturing Intelligence stack - the engine that takes an arbitrary customer CAD model and reasons about how to build it, and then proves that we built it right. You own the code that runs in the factory. What We're Looking For 5+ years building geometry-heavy software in production - CAD/CAM, geometry kernels, feature recognition, CAE/simulation preparation, metrology, or comparable. B-rep and Mesh Depth . You think natively in topology and NURBS. Feature recognition, defeaturing, robust booleans, offsetting, surface/surface intersection, healing and repair. You know exactly why floating-point robustness destroys naive implementations - and what to do about it. You have had the opportunity to delve into complex CAD models and are able to assess their quality in both quantitative and qualitative terms (gaps in edge, spikes in loops, tiny elements, twisted surfaces...) and ultimately predict which types of processing might be challenged. Kernel Fluency . Hands-on with a geometry kernel - Parasolid, OpenCASCAD
