Position Summary The Senior Global HR Specialist supports the delivery of internal human resources services for employees throughout Europe and for international employees engaged through Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements and contingent worker vendor relationships. The position coordinates employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, employee relations support, payroll and benefits administration, immigration processes, HR systems, and compliance activities in alignment with approved corporate standards and applicable local requirements.
