About the role UFORCE is building its UK maritime engineering and production capability, and we’re looking for an Engineering and Production Lead to turn innovative designs into safe, reliable products delivered at pace. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineering leader who can move confidently between design reviews, the workshop, suppliers and product testing. You’ll lead active builds, solve multidisciplinary engineering problems and establish the practical controls needed to deliver repeatable quality as our maritime programmes grow.
