Our platform connects property owners, operators, service providers and residents, and covers more than 1.7 million properties and 5,000+ service providers. We believe property repairs, maintenance and management can and should work better for everyone. That means giving landlords more control, supporting trade professionals and strengthening the communities they serve. The Role Our clients, mainly social housing providers and local authorities, rely on a strong and reliable network of contractors for their repairs and maintenance works. When they need more capacity in a region or a trade, or a contractor for a specific project, we go out and find the right businesses and bring them onto Plentific. We're looking for a Contractor Development Manager to lead that effort. This is a business development role. You'll identify the contractors who fit our ideal contractor profile and make sure they register to the platform, get them verified and onboard them to the platform. We are looking for experience in business development rather than experience in our sector, and you'll have full support getting to know Plentific and the contractor market. What matters most is that you're proactive, persuasive and resilient, and that you enjoy finding the right contractors and seeing them through to their first job.
