As a Full Stack Software Engineer (100%) in Zurich, you will be at the core of our operations, building systems that touch everything from warehouse automation to customer-facing smart fridges. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership of warehouse and supplier web apps used daily for inbound processing, picking, labeling, and inventory. Develop and maintain our internal back-office tool, including the backend and GraphQL API that runs menus, deliveries, inventory, and customer sites. Manage the service connecting automated picking lanes to the rest of the system to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations. Maintain and update the Point of Sale Android app running on hundreds of fridges, managing the release process for the entire fleet. Integrate and support payment systems (Card, TWINT), our ERP, and other partner integrations. Participate in the on-call rotation to debug live issues directly alongside the operations team. Visit the warehouse on-site to test changes and gather feedback from the people actually using the software. Translate vague problems from non-technical colleagues into shipped solutions without needing them broken down first. Own production deployments, managing logs, alerts, and careful rollouts with clear rollback plans.
