About this Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to help build some of the most critical teams at OpenAI, primarily focused on technical business roles within our B2B and go-to-market organisation. You’ll also need the versatility to take on hiring across other teams as business priorities evolve. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate complex markets, and deliver outstanding outcomes.
