[PL] Junior Indirect Cost Controller

The role

Provide broad-based financial controlling support across the Indirect Controlling team's full scope — budget, indirect personnel costs, indirect procurement, business partnering, month-end close, and process improvement — flexing capacity to wherever the team needs it, rather than owning a single dedicated business unit.

What you’ll do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close across indirect cost areas, including both personnel and procurement
• Assist with indirect personnel cost reporting
• Support indirect procurement spend analysis and savings tracking alongside the Senior Indirect Cost Controller
• Provide business partnering support to BU owners on the team as needed
• Contribute to recurring reporting packs and process/automation improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases as needed
