Head of Data Science, Strategic Finance

About the Team The Strategic Finance team is responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and plays a critical role in capital allocation decisions to align financial goals with broader business and mission objectives. The Strategic Finance Data Science function has four core priorities: (1) accurately and credibly forecast our key business and financial metrics; (2) ensure attainment of key targets; (3) support complex modeling and analyses for business decision-making; and (4) scale recurring work and analysis through automation and dashboarding. About the Role The Head of Data Science, Strategic Finance will partner closely with the rest of the Strategic Finance team as well as the Product and GTM Data Science organizations to execute on core business priorities. You will report to the VP of Strategic Finance and work closely with finance leadership to drive data driven decision-making, improve data fluency of those around you, and move the needle on financial outcomes. This is a managerial role. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
