Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering

The Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering will lead the team responsible for our core Analytics layer in Toast's enterprise data warehouse and own the data architecture and modeling strategy that enables federated analytics teams across all enterprise data domains. This person will set direction for how Toast models, governs, and exposes data at scale, and will build and develop a team of analytics engineers capable of executing on that vision. The ideal candidate has high standards for their team's work and a track record of raising the bar across an organization. They bring deep expertise in enterprise data solutions, a point of view on where the semantic and analytics layers of a modern data platform should go, and the judgment to balance long-term architecture with near-term business needs.
