Senior Loss Prevention Manager

We're looking for a Senior Loss Prevention Manager to own loss prevention, physical security, and crisis and resiliency planning across sweetgreen's restaurants and support centers. Sitting on the Operations Services team and reporting to the Senior Director of Risk + Safety, you will lead our camera and investigations program, drive shrink and fraud reduction, manage physical security across our locations, and build the playbooks and response capability that keep our people, guests, and operations safe when things go wrong. This role is based onsite at our Los Angeles Support Center. You will: Own the loss prevention program end to end, driving strategy to reduce shrink, theft, and fraud, and managing the camera and video investigations platform, case work, and evidence retention. Lead investigations into suspected internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations, partnering with the People and Legal Teams on outcomes.
