Sr. Manager, Menu Performance (f/m/x)

The role Factor Europe is scaling rapidly, and as the complexity of our product offering grows, we are looking for a Sr. Manager, Menu Performance to optimize the performance of our weekly menu plan and surrounding processes. This is a data-driven, hands-on building role. You will decide what tools, systems, and processes we need to optimize our weekly processes, and use all of the AI tools at your disposal to develop / optimize them. You’ll be the ultimate owner of our weekly product cycle: which means optimizing our menu for maximal engagement and retention of our customers, as well as simplifying / automating as much of our internal process as possible.
