Senior Supervisor, Production

Location: 3520 Laird Road Mississauga, L5L 5Z7 Shift: Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30am to 4:30pm (schedule subject to change as per business needs) S'more about the team The Senior Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and leads a team of supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates in a single shift or across multiple shifts. In the absence of a Production Manager, the Senior Supervisor is the primary point of contact for any operational and people escalations for the production function in a fulfillment center. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for any issue resolution in day-to-day operations, and when necessary, further escalates issues to the Manager levels. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for complete, timely, and accurate execution of Production processes: labor planning & scheduling, production planning, core production processes (kitting, casing, labeling, staging, sorting, portioning, outbound [multi-operations]) Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Manage a shift operation with a team of production supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations.
