About The Team: As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives, and ensure the site operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. What You Will Be Doing: Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential. Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment. Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Act as the first point of contact for colleague querie
