Senior CRM Strategy Manager, Leads & Prospects

Reporting to the Director of Leads & Prospects in New York, you will be a part of the strategy team, supporting global marketing leadership, shaping how HelloFresh Group engages, nurtures, and converts prospective customers across 17 markets and six brands. You will be responsible for conceptualization, alignment and managing implementation of global lifecycle journeys for leads and prospects across all communication channels. Working within a distributed, international team across multiple time zones, you will play a key role in aligning strategy and execution globally. Additionally, as we are focusing on personalization of customer experience, you will collaborate with international colleagues on localization of our communications.
