You will… Monitor Quality Controller and operational staff verification activities, including daily CCP audits, highlighting issues in real time. Oversee general plant GMP and conduct pre-operational checks post-cleaning to verify effectiveness. Investigate non-conforming products, foreign objects, and raw material defects through root cause analysis and risk assessment. Deliver toolbox training, coaching, and mentoring to production and packing staff across departments. Raise corrective action reports for major process deviations and follow up to ensure resolution. Conduct handover discussions with incoming QC/QA staff and submit daily reports to management.
