As a Process Excellence Specialist (Generalist) , you will play a key role in driving cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions, including shared services, finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. You will leverage Lean methodologies, process redesign, analytics, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver sustainable operational excellence.
