Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: 5491 Timberlea Blvd. Mississauga, L4W 2T6 Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm S'more about the team: We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor at our Mississauaga Distribution Centre. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the products that we manufacture in-house, ensuring an on-time, in full, top-quality product, and a manufacturing process that is safe and efficient. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Supervise a team of automation technicians and associates, running a 7 days operation, where you will focus on building a culture of safety and high performance through developing and coaching the team members Be responsible for achieving the weekly production plan on time and in full while optimizing operational efficiency Drive customer experience through low error rates on product quality, and best-in-class product look & feel Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping in the production facility to ensure a safe work environment. Be the resident expert on our manufacturing processes and automated equipment, and drive adherence to standard operating procedures Ensure adherence to the manufacturing budget, as established with the Director of Production, Manufactu
