S'more about the team: The protein procurement strategy manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, the reliability of our supply chain, and will play a leading role in supporting innovation through new product development. You will oversee the management and optimization of our Poultry (Chicken and Turkey) supply chain, own and develop our vendor relationships, lead initiatives to improve our ingredient quality, and continuously improve our end-to-end sourcing processes. As part of the Procurement team, you will play a key role in helping us deliver the best possible value to our customers.
