Full Time, On-Site St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5 Working hours 8:00am - 5:00pm About the Role As Junior Operations Manager for HelloFresh Ireland, you will work directly with our Senior Operations Manager to optimise our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) fulfilment partner. Unlike direct operational management models where you manage shift teams on the floor, this role focuses on also driving high-level operational performance, managing key metrics, and influencing our 3PL partner to execute best-in-class processes. We are looking for a results-driven, relationship-builder and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building a strong, trust-based relationship with our 3PL partner, establishing accountability, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our customers receive perfect boxes every time.
