Hub Manager

Location: 66 Fordhouse Blvd, Etobicoke, ON, M8Z 5X7 Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM S'more about the team: The Hub Manager will have oversight and responsibility over all functional areas within the facility and geographic delivery service area. Building from the ground up, you will shape and scale an industry-leading chilled last-mile delivery operation in your region, delivering thousands of freshly produced meal boxes directly to our customers each and every day. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for: Plan, execute and continually improve the day-to-day operations in the Delivery Hub, encompassing sortation processes, fleet management, route planning and coordination of on-road delivery operations Accountability for meeting and exceeding KPIs, health & safety compliance, and customer service benchmarks Strategic planning and forecasting; evaluate volumes and capacity, resolve problems, and address resource gaps Own the financial and operational health of the site; manage P&L and budgeting Validate fleet health and maintenance schedules, confirm vehicle demand and driver staffing / scheduling in-line with volume variability Cultivate and sustain a culture of safety, positivity, inclusion and excellence Manage the business relationship and performance of delivery pa
