We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Associate Director, Growth Marketing to own our acquisition engine end to end. Reporting to the CMO, it’s a unique opportunity to be a key part of one of the fastest growing pet brands while getting the infrastructure and support of HelloFresh Group (a leader in human food commerce). You will own the bottoms-up marketing budget and plan, steer spend across a diversified channel portfolio, and be directly accountable for growth outcomes (ROI, CAC, Acquisition volume, etc.). You’ll manage a small team as well as external agencies and partners, and work cross-functionally to make sure our growth strategy is aligned with the broader business.
