What’s in the Box As our Facilities & Maintenance Manager in Moss , you will own maintenance and facility operations for our production site, ensuring high technical availability of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll work closely with Operations, technical partners, and external contractors to improve equipment reliability, coordinate preventive maintenance, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll have real ownership of the site while also contributing to technical projects and longer-term improvements. We’re looking for someone with a strong maintenance or technical background who enjoys being close to operations and is ready to take broader responsibility.
