We have an exciting opportunity to be the Chief of Staff to the CEO of HelloFresh Canada. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Reporting directly into our CEO of HelloFresh Canada, you will be a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team within the Canadian business Under the guidance of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, identify and prioritise what needs to be built to set our Canadian organisation up for long-term success. Drive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Work across the organization both in the Canadian market and globally (specifically aligning with the North American platform) to clarify strategic information cascades, optimize cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our organizational design supports scale Organise and execute quarterly and annual strategic and business planning for the Canadian organisation, including leading the Canadian OKR process and supporting the CEO throughout the bi-annual budgeting process Oversee critical corporate infrastructure, office footprint strategy, and real estate procurement; establish governance and cross-functional accountability for major capital and construction projects
