Our Burundi program, founded in 2011, operates under the local brand Tubura. Our team of 1,980 staff serves close to 600,000 hard-working farmers across all five provinces - Gitega, Butanyera, Buhumuza, Burunga, and Bujumbura. Our headquarters in Muramvya is supported by four regional offices in Gitega, Ngozi, Muyinga, and Ruyigi, as well as a small support office in Bujumbura. About the Role This position oversees the program's operations strategy. Responsible for driving excellence across Field Operations, Logistics and Business operations while supporting execution of last mile deliveries and distribution, ensuring that the right inputs reach the right farmers at the
