About the role

We're hiring a Technical Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic accounts. You’ll own the technical relationship with our API partners, from their first technical evaluation through implementation and ongoing support.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll be the first dedicated post-sales professional at Shout About Us, responsible for making sure our biggest customers deploy, expand, and stay. Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams.

This is a hands-on role. On any given day, you might join a prospect’s technical discovery call, troubleshoot an API request with a partner engineer, coordinate a fix with our engineering team, or improve a quickstart guide. You’ll also help build the documentation and processes that make each new integration easier than the last.

Location and hours

Remote, anywhere. Our standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. US Eastern Time, including a lunch break. Occasional calls outside these hours are required for APAC partners and key implement
